There customer services is wonderful. We had an issue with one of our sensors not going off. This happened on a weekend and they were here bright and early Monday morning to fix the issue. When we were building our house, we were vandalized. At that point, we knew we needed a security system and a team that would fit our needs. We chose MILLER SECURITY and we were not dissapointed. They even set it up so our pets wouldn’t set off the motion detectors. Being a senior citizen, we needed extra help with learning how to operate the system and they were very patient and professional. We even called them back for a refresher course and again they showed us the same courtesy. We have recommended them to several friends. Hello, We were very pleased with the initial setup. Doug came to our home and explained everything very good. He offered us many options, and told us some option that would probably not apply, but left the final decision to us. He was very descriptive and we understood everything. Also, when the two guys came out to install the unit, they were very nice, did the work w/out interrupting us, and cleaned up after themselves. They explained how to operate the system very well. Also, the availability and follow-up was great. Once I contacted Doug, he was quick to respond to all of my questions, and I was able to get an appointment very quickly.
